I liked the old ones a lot better... My favorite trick is the haunted deck.... An these don't work at all for that... I am not new to loops... An I have been through 3 packs just trying the haunted deck... Not strong enough for that effect... The old ones I could literally slide the deck across the floor if the cards would not slide apart... I used just the top quarter of cards an they would break... Really should get more than 5 for 10 bucks... An they stretch out really easy an don't go back like the old one ... Dont think I'm gonna buy anymore... What a shame... Really loved these at one time!! If ur not a fan of the haunted deck they will work fine for u

At first I was hesitant about buying the new Loops, because I was completely new to loops and I had heard bad reviews about the new ones... and I was brand new to loops (as I said before but I need to stress this) in I just got them today. But DAMN when I got them I loved them! I guess you could say they are the new love of my life. I have been playing with them for only 30min and I already have come up with my own mind bending ideas, in total I have already created 12 of my very own tricks with Loops. The people who complain about the new ones being more fragile are spouting a load of crap. Like I said twice I am new to Loops and still haven't broken any, I think some people need to learn how to be gentle.

I have seen Loops used before and I do think that these are slightly (but only in a minor way) more invisible.

And just a clarification, these DO have knots in them, meaning they are tied.
I've managed to scare the crap out of my friends in only 30min of practice and make a Llama faint...okay that last part was just a joke, but what I am getting at is... HURRY UP AND BUY SOME ALREADY!!!

(WARNING: They need to be handled very gently at first so you can learn how far they can stretch, but once you got the hang of it it becomes second nature. It may take longer for you because I do other past times that require a steady and gentle such as.... painting, duh what did you think I was gonna sicko! :P)

I've become a huge fan of this product. I'm new to the world of loops, and in a matter of a couple of weeks have become pretty proficient. I will say, if you're a newbie to this order a 3-4 packs at once until you get some practice under your belt and start to figure out the way the loop handles. I can't advise this enough, spend a few minutes stretching a NEW loop out of the packet. Always be aware of lighting and areas you're working over. You'll see what I mean.
