Ugh, reading? Really? Who wants to read? Especially card magic books?

In the words of the grandfather from "The Princess Bride": In his day, television was called books. Many of the tricks you see magicians using to drop jaws came from the classics available on this page and others. Modern magic geniuses, such as Paul Harris and David Blaine, have also put some of their most incredible, underground amazements in print.

Don't get us wrong: We love visual instruction. It's a great way to learn. But the truth is if you want to break through to the master level, you must learn from these card magic books. They have A TON of incredible effects, performance lessons and other things far too cool for us mere mortals. It's good stuff.
