"Let me start off by making a very bold statement: the Porper has NOTHING on this beauty. I ordered the Master's Clip the day it came out, but wanted to test the attention it would garner in the field before I wrote a review. I brought the clip out at a card game I was at a few nights after it arrived. Everyone’s gaze immediately turned to the eye catching piece that was lying on the table. I should mention that this was game my buddy had brought me to, and I knew absolutely no one there besides him. That being said, I think the clip instilled a certain amount of intimidation. I could almost hear the others say "This man means business!" I don't know how many of you play poker, but if you can intimidate the others at the table, you have them beat.
Poker psychology aside, E’s Custom Card Guard works wonders in magic. I have heard various magicians speak of how professional you look to the spectators, and I am inclined to agree, yet I feel you get something else from this work of art. When I pull it out to do a trick, it reminds me that I’m saying something about myself by how incredibly beautiful and professional this thing looks. This inspires me to take my magic to a level that much higher while I’m performing, because I don’t want to disrupt the level anticipation that has already been built.
This thing is a steal at 16.95. It keeps your cards safe while in your pocket, straightens them a little when they’re resting tight, and all around increases the longevity of your cards. The only complaint I’ve heard is that they get smudges from finger prints. I have found they come right off after a quick wipe with my tie. If you have not ordered one of these yet, do yourself a favor and add it to your cart! It would also make an excellent gift with the holidays just around the corner. Thanks for reading.

"For Christmas I received a Ghost E Card Guard along with a few Ghost decks. What can I say? When you see the pictures of it on the internet they look really cool, but when you get to feel it and look at it in all angles, it's phenomenal.
Looks: It's beautiful. I especially love the engraving of the rider back, it's so intricate along with the Ace of Spades. By far my favorite thing about it is the phrase "Mundus Vult Decipi" engraved on the side.
Durability: This clip feels like it'll last for a very long time. I know it'll make my cards last a long time too. I've used it a lot since I received it and my card box has come out of my pocket in a lot better condition.
General: This is a very nice clip. The only bad thing I've found with it was that my card box was scratched but I figured out it was because I was putting the cards in the clip the wrong way. It holds the cards firm enough to hold them in and soft enough to take them out easily.
I would recommend this clip or any other E clip for anybody looking for a good-looking and protective case for their cards. Next stop...a Porper for my regular bikes...
I give the Ghost E Card Guard an 8.5/10

"Man oh man, this is what I've been waiting for....
I just got my clip in the mail today... its sharp! Its sturdy, durable, the engraved card box design on it looks very smooth.... I'm happy with my clip and cant wait to show it off...
Just give the clip a sleight squeeze if the cards are not fit snug and the clip should hold them just fine.
I just took out about 10 cards from my pack and the clip still held the remaining 42 cards just fine... which is good for us who destroy and give out playing cards when performing. You might say, I'm not playing with a full deck...
I would like to get another clip if Ellusionist could come up with them, that is made of a bit shinier metal. The reflection in this clip is opaque, and I would like to get one that’s got a chrome style finish. One that you can see your reflection in (or maybe the reflection of the spectators chosen card).
But no mistake about it, I'm happy with my clip and recommend them to any card workers that want to present themselves as a professional will 'style'.
And a great price on them too... makes a cool gift!
