Can I download on Mac?
Yes and No. Our downloads will not currently work on a Mac- we recommend buying the DVD. If you are running virtual PC software on your Mac like Parallels, and you have a valid Microsoft operating system, you should be able to view the videos and run the video player interface. What is the Video Player Interface? Video Player is ellusionist's PC-only interface which allows you to view all of your downloaded videos and gives you a bunch of free stuff too. The specialized licensing process that Ellusionist's videos utilize only allows, by default, for playback on ONE computer. Once you play the video on one computer, the video will not be playable on any other computers other than that unit. However, if you save the file to CD after downloading (BEFORE playing it), you can load it onto another computer and play it on there — and it will be registered for playback only on THAT computer. However, note that both computers (even the second one) will need to have Internet access in order to verify your password. Can I copy the video to a DVD?
Yes you can, but only for archival purposes. You will not be able to put the dvd in your DVD player and watch it from your TV. If you want to do that, order the DVD version of our videos instead and you'll be able to view it while sitting on your couch. How much free space do I need to run the Video Player?
Video Player requires 9 MB of free space to install; however, in order to download and play a full video on your computer, you should have at least 400 free MB. "OK, interesting pre-story...I've have been hem-hawing about buying the Asher Twist DVD, and then I saw Mercury and went ahead and ordered - very impulsively I might add.
Well, 1st impressions...Wow! I have to admit the first time I watched the video I thought, "that doesnt look as easy as they claimed...". Well, I was wrong. I have watched the video one time, and while I will continue polishing the effect before performance I already feel VERY confident with the effect.
This is a STEAL at $11.99. I am glad I got it before they realize what they have on their hands and raise the price! ...:)...Seriously, the teaching is excellent. David does an excellent job teaching the effect and there are multiple handlings to help deal with different situations. This is VERY angle friendly. I would say the hardest part of the effect in my opinion is deciding how to end. There are many ways to do so. But that's really up to your "personal style"...All in all, if you are a card guy, GET THIS! This is a great effect and the handling can be applied to a LOT of different tricks (with a little creativity on your part...) A great buy!

"It was just in the beginning of January and I was about to walk home. I had been practicing Mercury all day so I had it ready to go. One of my friends was standing at his bus stop so I figured "Hmmm, lets see what it can do"...... So I performed the move, he found the four aces in the middle of the deck and I gave him the kings to examine and he was speechless. I asked him what he thought and he didn’t even reply, he just looked at me like I was insane and ran. I finally got to talk to him later and I got my cards back :-) and he said that was the most insane thing he had ever seen. It made me realize that this was the best $11 I had ever spent.
The Effect - Absolutely Insane - 10/10
As you have seen in the preview it almost looks too good to be true. And let me tell you, it is. Every aspect of the trick is amazing, when I perform I usually do the first card then act as if its over. Majority of the time they'll ask me to do it again, so I do and continue with the remaining 3 cards. By the end the spectators are going pretty crazy and they think its over. There saying "Holy @#$%)" and telling everybody that I just made four aces turn over and are trying to describe the effect. Then I say "Four Aces???? What are you talking about, these are Four Kings" I then reveal the kings, tell them to spread out the deck and they find the aces, and go insane. I hand out the kings and its all over. You see. what I love about Mercury is that it keeps getting better and better for the spectator. First one card turns over (There a little confused and ask you do it again). You proceed with the next card, and the next, and the next till all four cards are face down. Now the spectators are going pretty crazy. Then I tell them to spread through the deck and they find the aces, at this point there about ready to pass out. Definitely my current favorite effect.
The Teaching - 9/10
At first, like many others I was skeptical as to how well Mr.Kong would teach the effect. I thought many points may be missed and there wouldn’t be a whole lot of extra info and tips. Boy was I ever wrong, David thought the move very well. It’s like going to subway. First you pick out of 3 or 4 types of bread, David teaches 3 ways to get into the effect so you can choose which fits you best. Then you pick your meat and cheese, David teaches each aspect of the actually execution of the move in great detail and even teaches you an extra slight (for those of you who own it I'm talking about the one taught after the main slight). Then you get to pick your veggies and sauces to top it off, David teaches 3 ways to get out of the effect so you can make it work in any situation whether it be street, table or on the floor. Then you go to the till and pay for your Sandwich, After the effects over you just get to sit back and watch the reactions and all your hard work pays off.
Overal l- 9/10
As I said it is no doubt the best 11$ I've ever spent.
