Rings are a natural object and people are used to seeing them everyday. To use rings for closeup magic is unusual and more unique than cards and coins. As an opener to get immediate attention, this routine cannot be beat.
How impromptu is this routine... how examinable?
The answer to both these questions is that the routine is full-on, 100% impromptu and examinable. It's the beauty of De'vo's core routine. Let them look from any angle they want... and push them to examine everything, always.
Are there duplicate rings used in this fast routine as with other ring routines?
Not at all. When you've got this skill, you've GOT it... and you will USE it.
How easy is De'vo's core routine?
Anyone can learn it with practice - intermediate level. Once you have it, you have it. The instruction is so clear, so slow and easy to understand, all that is left is you getting the movements down.

Will I need my own ring?
Yes. The DVD does NOT come with a ring. Ring fit is VERY important for De’Ring. De'vo recommends using any existing ring for when you first get the DVD to get the basics down, but you must watch the DVD before you go ring shopping for all the tips to ensure you get the perfect ring. This is an important part of the routine.
Types of rings.
There is a great variety of rings you can choose from (Military rings, Class rings, Signet rings), and the type of ring needed be found virtually anywhere. You can perform the routine with rings ranging in price from $2.99. For an example, search "military ring" on eBay. There are also very cool spade rings, skull rings, and jeweled rings available.
