"I bought the Bicycle Red Gaff Deck at a local magic store like more than 2 months ago. This is my first ever review on E forum. ;)
The Cards: The cards are cool and I really love performing the moving pips of the 4 of spades. And the 3.5's of clubs are the BESTest. Everyone loves them and they always get a good laugh. There are a blank face, a 1800 card, a few AoS's, including a Masters AoS, a Tally-Ho AoS, but no double backs.
One of my tricks: One day after school, I pulled out my deck of cards and 2 of my classmates came to me and asked me to do a trick. (I have done some card tricks before so they knew I play magic) I let each of them to pick a card and show to others. I said, "finding your 2 cards alone is a bit boring, right? I'll try something new." I then put a card on the desk and said, "Would you be impressed if this card is the combination of your card? that means if your cards are 3S and 5S, this is going to be the 8S." I spreaded the rest of the deck to them and asked them to see if the "combined" card is missing. Their cards are 3D and 10D and they found the KD in the deck. So they said I've picked the wrong card. I said, "That's impossible. It's the right card." I let them turn over the card and everybody was laughing when they saw the 13 of Diamonds.
There are so many gaffs and there are unlimited possibilities. I like the Gaff deck because I can think of my own effects that suit my style.
But one thing I want to point out is that, the colour of the back of a red gaff is slightly different from that of a regular red bike. A red gaff is of slightly "lighter" red. It's only a slight difference and spectators wont find out. I don't own a red Masters but maybe the colours of the Masters and the Gaffs are the same.
Anyway, I love the Red Gaff Deck and it encourages me to think more about magic. Thanks E

"The red gaff deck is amazing. I never knew how much these cards were worth. The thirty dollars is a steal. I'd willingly pay three times as much for such miracles. This is a top seller. Wonder why. The possibilities are endless. This is a deck of cards that says to you, "Create your own tricks." If you didn't have a creative process going on before, this will give you one.
The Cards: My, oh, my, the cards. These are a work of genius
13 of Diamonds - This one is freaky. No one expects this one, a total surprise. Used in "A Jeweler's Dozen."
Blank Card - This utility card is used for so many effects. Use this one. No, I don't have to tell you, you will use this one. Just think of the possibilities.
Scrollwork Reveal - This card is sweet. It's the four of spades. In the back, written into the scrollwork, are the words "eight of hearts."
Pip Matrix Cards - This effect is sweet, as are the cards. One of, if not my most, favorite effects with cards.
Zipper Cards - Positioned for an Erdnase, these are really mindblowing cards. The spectator can't get their mind around it.
Ghost Raven Art Cards - These cards look like a ghost raven. If you look at it, you'll know what I mean. One is gaffed; instead of an eyeball, a spade with a five in it stares at you.
Negative Card - This is an inverted eight of diamonds. Great applications with this one.
3 1/2 Cards - Probably the funniest gaff cards I've ever seen.
Blurred Cards - Hard to look at, but amazing applications follow these cards.
Reverse 5 - Great card, a mirror image five of spades.
Card Box Face - Great cards for a box trick.
Skull Kings - Oh, my. Great detail. People will scream when you do effects that involve these boys.
Faded Queens - These are awesome as well. Good applications here.
Coffin Guy Cards - In one word: freakish.
Skull Ace - Instead of the liberty woman, a skull appears inside the ace's outline.
Smudged Three - A smudged three of spades. Awesome.
Red Ten of Spades - Describes itself. A little thought needs to go into this one.
Mystery Card - This card is a two of spades but in one corner, it says not two of spades but eight of clubs. Hmm...a lot of thought needs to go into this card.
Burned King - A king of diamonds with a cigarette-type burn in it. Looks awesome.
Master Skull - The masters ace with, instead of an eagle, a skull. Wow.
Bone Horse Jokers - Two bone horse jokers, in one there's an ace of clubs reveal.
Eye Ace - A weird-looking ace with an eye in the middle.
Smoky Card: A four of clubs with the two of diamonds in smoke on the back. You have to adjust it a little, and really look at it, but to me it screams two of diamonds. A Warning-type reveal.
Aged Card: And, finally, the aged card. Looks great. It's the six of spades. It looks so old. Can't wait for the deck.
Bottom line: Get. This. Deck. This was an early Christmas present deal. It was worth it so much.
Red Gaff Deck: Priceless.

"Oh my God.
I just went through the new Red Bike Gaff Deck, and I am almost in tears. I hate to sound that way, but the impact is tremendous. I fanned through them and the possibilities absolutely leaped off of the cards and into my soul. You will, without a doubt, not believe your eyes when you see some of the stuff. I promise you, this is not a tease on my part (the little boy who cried wolf!), this is such a post written with awe...incredible!
I am not saying to wait for this deck to come out before you attempt your routines, I am simply saying that if you are a gaff person, or if this experience has turned you into one...man!
