Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Support Center at 1-866-244-2426 or e-mail help@ellusionist.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Customer Support business hours are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm PST. Please have your original Order Number available when you call.

OTHER RULES OF RETURNS...
• Once authorization is issued from our customer service dept., returned products MUST have a valid RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please include your original packing slip with the return also. Any products returned to our warehouse without a valid RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender unopened. Shipping charges are non refundable. • Products must be returned to Ellusionist.com within ten (10) days of issue of the RMA number. •The customer assumes responsibility for all returned product up to delivery at our warehouse, shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking is recommended. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. •Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for replacement or refund. • Under normal operation, RMA Returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt at Ellusionist.com. • If you have received a product that is damaged immediately notify Ellusionist within five (5) days of receipt. Any damages reported after 5 days will not be considered for refund or exchange.
