<![CDATA[Indecent by Wayne Houchin]]> http://www.ellusionist.com/indecent-by-wayne-houchin.html

Here's what your spectator sees: a card is selected from any deck. It's a free choice-- no force. Signed. The card is then lost in the deck, then shuffled. The cards are then dribbled on top of a sealed Ziploc bag.

Slowly, the bag is lifted up from underneath the chaos of cards to show that one card is sealed INSIDE the bag-- the spectator's signed card.

<![CDATA[Serial Biller by Rich Ferguson - Download]]> http://www.ellusionist.com/serial-biller-dvd-by-rich-ferguson.html

Press the green play button right here to listen to Rich describe uses for the SerialBiller technique and the multiple, non-gimmicked versions.

In this overview section below, we pull from a recent discussion Ferguson had after he watched his own DVD for the first time…

The DVD gets into prework ideas, setting up bills, creating setups, etc...

Then it jumps into an hour of switches that is like being part of a masters lecture on the subject. Regardless if you do any of the effects or use my entire serial number ideas (which you will), the individual chapters, switches and handlings are worth getting, period. I truly forgot how much I kept going on with cool concepts. You will really get a big bang for your "buck".

Now, I WILL say this... just like Tagged, WATCH THE ENTIRE thing first. Everything builds and chapters become a set of tools for you to do anything you want. There are some sick tips that go way beyond dollar effect and I'm stoked to share.

There are basic switches, uber-clever switches, in air switches, pinch switches, tips on orientations and folding, tips on psychology, etc. A lot of meat, for sure. I watched my own in-air switch practice toss on the DVD and I'd SWEAR I was seeing something different.. very cool.

Then there is a section on adding bills to other bills for certain types of effects... from money they hand you to money in THIER wallet.

I teach my secret "swipe" change and my favorite "pinch" add on and switch.

There is a section methods of using a Thumb Tip (TT). And, yes, it can all be done impromptu withOUT one.

The main method for showing hands empty (besides the bill you borrow for instance... several trick options) while moving two bills around is great fun. It is just so cool to handle bills like that... and I wish the preview on Ellusionist showed more of that type of handling... to me, the preview they did is quite straight forward and is keeping a ton for those who buy it. This main “non-gimmick” handling is just gold. It is broken down step by step a couple times in a couple ways. I just love this handling because you do not just fold and unfold... You borrow, show front and back, show both hands empty, then it is switched. It was fun to see finally edited and taught so energetically.

Crap, I'm pumped over this since I just watched it just now. I really did forget how much material was there. I truly hope it makes many of you very happy. I'm NOT trying to HYPE this as much as just express exactly what I saw in the order in which I saw it... (I took some notes you see...)

NOW, at 1 hour and 20 minutes, we finally hit the effects! AT this point, you have a set of options like a chess game and I show you how to put them together in any order to create endless tricks. I also break down a handful of effects step by step so you get it.

I teach some psychology miscalling jazz which enhances your magic... that's the best magic I’ve ever done in my life. :)

You learn the basic routines... you learn an effect where the money someone gives you is verified and when you vanish the bill it is BACK IN THEIR WALLET... and it is easy.

I teach a full dollar to lemon/orange effect with torn corner receipt handling and matching serials, etc...

I teach how to make serial numbers vanish completely OFF the dollar... and make them reappear.

For those who have Tagged, it shows how to combine effects and have the serial number vanish from a borrowed bill and reappear ON someone’s body.

There are concepts at wrap up on handling, lighting, making dollars appear in sugar packets, pens, using other magicians, taking advantage of cashiers, etc.

It is killer for being a "dollar trick" dvd.... because it has sooo much more. I think you'll love it as much as I have. I hope the extras kick your ass and make you very happy campers.

Cheers, RICH

Bring your hands together, in front of you, and an ace instantly appears between them. Next, you take this newly-produced Arcane Ace, and easily split it into two Arcane aces. The third Arcane ace materializes right out of thin air, at your fingertips.

For the climax, with the cards held motionless, the fourth and final Arcane ace visually appears between the others.

In the end, four Arcane aces sit fanned at your fingertips. Thunderbird uses no gimmicks or trickery; just well-composed sleight of hand.

A note from playing card expert Lee Asher:

"Even though this is a technically challenging routine, and not for the faint of heart, I’ll take you by the hand. I'll teach you exactly what to do (and what NOT to do in some cases).

My clearly written instructions guide you every step of the way, and the additional short video clips provide visual examples. When finished, there will be little room for any confusion, doubt, and indecision. It’s almost as if I were right there with you. In the end, you will perform this fantastic piece of magic."

<![CDATA[Boondock Mental by Nate Kranzo]]> http://www.ellusionist.com/boondock-mental-by-nate-kranzo.html Nate sent a series of videos to us and we instantly fell in love with the magic in them. Everything he showed us was his personal best-kept secrets for his working repertoire. And now we know why they were so well guarded.

Fact List

• 8 ferocious effects and sleights taught by Nathan Kranzo.
• Perfect for beginners and advanced magicians.
• Simple but powerful tricks every magician should know.
• Over two hours long-- Download it or get the DVD (or both).
• Multiple performances on the streets...real footage captured in the moment.
• Multiple sections on the vital aspects of performances and tips for routining.
• Shatters the conventional wisdom that magic that puts money in your pocket has to be hard. Not true.

In The Box

Devils' Peek This is a real worker. No more crazy peek devices, impression pads or special pens. Just someone's thought. You have them write down ANYTHING and peek the information in the smoothest manner with NO gimmicks. No folds, tears or any of that whacky stuff.

Chi Break A powerful effect that happens "in their hands". A match that they choose from a pile of matches breaks in THEIR hands.

Easy Canasta This effect has become a sort of HOLY GRAIL over the last few years. A shuffled deck has three cards selected and placed in three different pockets by you and your spectator. You predict the EXACT CARDS in the EXACT pockets that you and your SPECTATOR placed them in. YOU NEVER GO NEAR THE SPECTATOR.

Spent A great visual quickie that can be performed with any borrowed pack of matches. You pull a match from a matchbook and squeeze it in your fist. It immediately starts to burn and SMOKE pours from your fist. Uses no chemicals or fancy gaffs. Match is shown burnt up and spent.

Spent Transpo This takes the same effect from SPENT above and puts it into THEIR hands. A match placed in their hand changes places with a burning match in YOUR hand. Great magic that happens in their own fist.

Voodoo Bill A strong piece of "in their hands" magic. A signed card FOLDS itself as if by Voodoo, then a borrowed bill begins to BURN inside the hand of a spectator. The burning energy transfers from the card to the bill in their hand. No one is harmed but they will be astonished.

There is no Spoon Building on other famous spoon benders like Uri Geller, Ben Harris, Banacheck and Richard Osterlind.....Kranzo takes spoon bending to a new level. A borrowed spoon slowly bends as it comes in contact with a spectator's hand. It continues to bend, and then bends some more. Finally the metal of the spoon becomes TWISTED while inside of their fist. The "hands off" phase Kranzo teaches here is worth the price of the DVD.

Stiletto Dangerous and sexy doesn't usually come in the form of a card effect. This one has it all. Any card can be selected. It can be signed by everyone in the room. The cards are fairly shuffled. A stilleto switch blade is produced. Asking them to concentrate on their card you STAB the knife into the deck! The knife sinks into the deck impaling the cards. A perfect cut that reveals the selected card.

BONUS: Credit Card Vanish The PERFECT opener for the bar or club...or anytime your just paying your tab. Any borrowed credit card or drivers license can be vanished BARE HANDED. Both hands are seen completely empty. This one will fool the $#!% out of you.

<![CDATA[Collective EP by Eric Jones]]> http://www.ellusionist.com/collective-ep-by-eric-jones.html Dai Vernon often talked about "jazz magic." The concept is that the magician goes with the flow and does things within the opportunities that present themselves in a performance, without a lot of planning. Eric Jones delivers three effects that embrace this philosophy, arming you to perform extraordinary magic, off-the-cuff and with borrowed items.

Vinny Marini's Top Gun Change: This card control is so deceptive and natural that you'll fool yourself during practice. Jones goes through every detail explaining the principle behind this clean control. Note: This has been titled as the Avion Change in the video.

TUNNEL VISION: This move is like bacon: It goes with everything. Tunnel Vision gives you an impromptu vanish for all sorts of objects, from a tube of lip balm to a borrowed ring. You can make any smallish object vanish and return with no setup.

NEW ERA: This sleight completes Collective's hat trick -- Jones stumbled on a brilliant secret that lets you make magic with a borrowed hat. Perfect for spontaneous demonstrations, New Era gives you a great impromptu effect.

Additional Note From Eric Jones:
After speaking to my old friend Vinny Marini, it would appear as if I have rediscovered the wheel. I independently recreated a move published by Vinny, based on a move Credited to Steve Draun. The preservation of magical history is paramount in our industry and it is important to note that we as magicians need to make ourselves familiar with as much magical literature as possible to prevent things like this from happening. However, no one knows everything and when instances like this happen, it is important to recognize there is an issue and rectify it as soon as possible. With that being said, we have spoken with Vinny and he has been gracious enough to allow us at Ellusionist to keep the switch on the site, but the name will no longer be known as The Avion Switch. From here on, it will be known as its published name, Vinny Marini's Top Gun Change" ----- Eric

<![CDATA[Control by Ollie Mealing]]> http://www.ellusionist.com/control-by-ollie-mealing.html

"Magnificent. So rare to be fooled and delighted". -Derren Brown

"Ollie creates an unbelievable world and leaves the audience agog with wonder. " -Tania Harrison

A highlight on the UK Festival circuit, Ollie Mealing had kept his genius relatively hidden from magicians until last year, where he began to release his Card Magic series on YouTube, playing with the mind of his spectator like a master-puppeteer in each mind-boggling video. When Daniel Madison brought Ollie to our attention in October of last year, we instantly sat up and took notice.

Before he was whisked away to work on Derren Brown's 'Infamous' tour, we brought Ollie across the pond to teach us 11 original controls - fluid, imperceptible movements that demonstrate his complete and utter command over the order, placement and position of any card he chooses.

Ollie is as in tune with the considered movement of an individual card as a concert pianist is with each key he touches. In this video he teaches the movements, subtleties and handlings to be as adept at each control as it is possible to be.

Controls
Chasm
A Card is peeked in the middle of the pack and the deck squared. With a quick fan, the selected card is now positioned at the bottom of the pack.

Bionic
The deck is spread and a card down-jogged. The deck is closed and it's only at the last minute that the jogged-card is pushed flush. The top card can immediately be shown to be the selection.

Behind Bars
A card is selected from the pack and the deck fanned to allow reinsertion. The deck is cleanly squared, and the selection is now ready to be bottom-palmed off for later use.

Reload
The cards are dribbled into the hand and a selection fairly chosen. The dribble is completed on top of the selection, the deck spread lengthways, and re-squared. Where an instant before it was in the middle of the spread, the chosen card has somehow made it's way to the bottom of the pack.

Daredevil
The cards are riffled off the fingers until the spectator indicates a choice. The spectator is shown the selection one last time before the deck is squared. Once again, it's moved its way to the bottom of the deck.

Compass
A selection and control wrapped up in a tumbling flourish. A chosen card is shown fairly in the spread and inserted into the centre of a fan. With the lose of the fan, the card is now on the bottom of the deck.

Regurgitate
A must for any ACR where a table is close by. The deck is spread showing the selection in the middle of the pack before the spread is closed. The card's just done what every good ambitious card should do.

Tumble
A packet flipping control that's simple, direct and utterly impossible. The selection is fairly shown in the middle of the deck, but is back on top when the cut is completed. You'll fool even yourself with this one.

Suspension
A tabled cut shows a card in the middle of the deck. The card is riffled shuffled into the pack, remaining out-jogged until the two packets are squared. The deck can be instantly flipped to show the card has moved to the bottom of the deck.

Time Will Tell
We're going to have to find a way to work this into every trick we do. The deck is cut, leaving one card balanced on the thumb. The card pirouettes as the other half of the deck is spread on the table. The spread is completed with the chosen card in the middle. On squaring the pack, the spun card has shifted to the bottom of the deck.

Poison
As clean as any control can be. Poison is like a spread pass without the need for a pass. The deck is spread, a card shown, and the spread closed. The chosen card is now on top of the deck. This move will have spectators looking for the duplicate still in the middle of the pack.

Bonus: Synchronicity
An amazing four ace control that… Wait - it's a bonus. You'll find out when you see it.

<![CDATA[Coin Through Glass by Alex Ward]]> http://www.ellusionist.com/coin-through-glass-by-alex-ward.html

Coins have passed through everything, hands, tables, pockets, metal boxes and of course drinking glasses.

What they haven't done is pass through visually and in slow motion. Alex Ward has done exactly that. He's created the fairest, cleanest and most visual coin through glass we've ever seen.

A coin is placed in the mouth of a glass, you can see it sitting there. Then visually, and oh so slowly, it is pulled down through the side wall of the glass. Words really don't do this beautiful effect justice. You have to watch the trailer of Alex doing this.

Best of all, it is all done with a normal glass and a normal coin.

Think about that, normal glass, normal, coin, you place the coin in the glass and slowly, visually pull it through the side wall of the glass. It looks like real magic. Seriously, watch the trailer right now.

    <![CDATA[The Worker Pt 2 by Adam Wilber]]> http://www.ellusionist.com/the-worker-pt-2-by-adam-wilber.html

    Included in this download are;

      • Shutterbug - A card box is turned into a "camera" that takes a perfect picture of the spectator's selection - which appears on a blank card, signed by the spectator and inserted in the box only moments ago.

      • Signature - A spectators signature is wiped clean off a card and then visually thrown back on. As an encore, you follow up by literally peeling your own signature off the same card. A multi-phase routine that - like all the effects in this download- leaves the spectator with an impossible souvenir.

      • World’s Easiest Coin Bend - A signed quarter and a signed nickel bend right in front of a spectator's eyes - even IN THEIR OWN HANDS. They get to take home both bent coins. A true reputation maker.

      • Failbox - An incredible utility that allows a prediction written at the bottom of a card box to change to match the selection. Adam has developed multiple routines with this utility - and tips a number of extra ideas that this little device can bring to life.

Each routine in this download could easily have been a release by itself - however Adam's been gracious enough to package them together at this great low price.

The Worker Pt 2 is a true testament to the creativity of one of the hardest working magicians in the business.

    Pick it up now.

    <![CDATA[Laura London Card in Bottle]]> http://www.ellusionist.com/laura-london-card-in-bottle.html

A card is selected and signed by the spectator. The spectator replaces the card anywhere in the deck and shuffles the deck themselves. The deck is spread on the table and the spectator verifies their card is still in the stack.

The deck is picked up and INSTANTLY smacked against the bottom of an empty bottle -- BAM! Their signed card has penetrated through the bottom of the bottle in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment. The card-in-bottle can now be given out as a souvenir.

    Fast List

    • • Card is Signed by Spectator
    • • Card is genuinely lost in the deck - No sleight of hand required
    • • Spectator can shuffle the cards themselves
    • • Spectator verifies the card is still in the deck
    • • Card appears instantly - VISUALLY - in the bottle
    • • Both Gimmicked and Ungimmicked versions taught.

Laura teaches two versions - gimmicked and non-gimmicked, as well as multiple presentation ideas. The gimmicked version makes practicing much easier and leaves the spectator with a clean, better looking, impossible souvenir. Card in Bottle gimmicks available here.
