It's amazing what you can do with a few simple moves in card magic. Small sleights, that have a big impact. Card in hand is just that a simple card effect, that leaves the spectator speechless.

A spectator's card is lost in the deck, using their intuition they try to locate their selection only to find out they've been holding it the entire time.

The plot is simple but powerful. The reactions are killer, every time.

Simple but effective

This is a simple effect, but great value for the cost ($3). The only two skills required is to control a card in a deck to the top, and the ability to perform a double-lift. The magician’s performance could build this up into something much bigger than a simple card trick, and as it doesn’t rely on gaff cards or gimmicks, can easily be worked into a close up routine with cards.
